7) Males must used wooden bats provided by the league. Females may use any ASA recognized legal bat.

8) Home plate will be three (3) feet square. Any ball that strikes any part of the square shall be a strike. There are no limitations on where a batter can be when hitting the ball. This means they may actually be on home when they hit the ball.

9) Three balls will constitute a base on balls (walk). Two strikes of any kind will be a strikeout.

10) The arc limit for pitches shall be approximately 10 feet. The minimum height is "above the batter's head."

11) Teams must have eight (8) players at the game by the end of the first inning or it will be a forfeit. If it is a forfeit the game will still be played for fun. If a team has eight (8) players to start a game and an injury happens, the game will continue.

12) There are no defensive alignment rules. Play them anywhere.

13) Everyone in attendance on a game night must bat.

14) Courtesy runners may be used for any player at any time. The courtesy runner shall be the player of the same gender who was last put out.

15) If a male walks he goes directly to second unless he is followed by a male in the batting order whereby he goes to first.. If a female follows the walk she can elect to go to first or bat. Males that follow a male who walks must bat.

16) There will be a chalk line (Commitment line) halfway between third and home square (30'). Once a player steps on or over the "commitment line" they must go to home square.

17) A separate square will be placed 3 feet in front of home square. All plays at the plate shall be force plays. The defensive player making the play on a runner attempting to score must be on the special square. There are no tags at home plate and no sliding at home plate shall be allowed.

18) A double first base shall be used. Runners must touch the orange base when being played on at first base. Fielders must use the white base.

19) Runners will not be allowed to leave the base they possess when the ball is pitched until contact is made by the batter. Leaving before contact will be an out. Contact means any bat on ball contact.

20) Bases shall be 60' apart. The pitcher's plate (rubber) shall be 50' from the back point of home plate.

21) Rosters are open. Players may not play for more than one team in the league during the season.

22) No outfielders may be on the baseball infield dirt when a female is batting until contact has been made by the female batter.

23) Players can use any mitt or glove when playing defense.

24) Games have a one-hour time limit. No new inning will begin after one hour has elapsed. Ties after the time limit will not be broken.
